Overall I liked the hotel. It was close to everything we needed. Check in was smooth. They were renovating the lobby when we went And we didn’t get a room key until day two in the afternoon which was a bit of a inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to get someone to let us into our room each time we returned from being out. Room was spacious. Fridge was nice n cold as was the a/c. Shower pressure and temperature were great. The maid Erika was great. Thorough cleaning each day had no complaints there. Pool was great and cleaned daily and the water slide was fun. Massage by the pool was a nice way to start the morning. I would stay here again for sure. Keep in mind it’s not luxurious- it’s a great Mexican style hotel that suited us just fine.

Stay away from this place. Our bed was peed on from the previous guest and all they wanted to do is give us extra sheets. Just a horrible experience

great location and great price...clean as a whistle...refrig was ancient but it was cold as the south pole...needs to have hot water in the kitchen sicnk... wwe carried hot water from the bath room...could have a few more chairs at the pool when there is a larger occupancy...the pools are the best in the area..and the water slike is wonderful...I can afford the Bay View Grand but this place has all the features of BVG and the price is right and the beach is only a block away.... and Julio Ceaser is the best guide.....John W.
