"Nice location and nice pool area. Convenient to the small, protected beach. We had to switch rooms at 10:30 at night due to a loud bass sound that maintenance said is the sound of the restaurant reclaimer (or something like that) that doesn’t get turned off until ~1am and on again ~5am. It was directly above our tenth floor room and was a terrible, deep sound. Our first encounter with staff sounded like she thought we were lying about it. For the cost of the room, we expected an entirely better experience and less condescending staff."

"Room and, bathroom is to small. No closet to hang your clothes. Tv not working. No microwave. "

"Hotel room was very clean and staff were great! Pool was beautiful and deserves a five star review. The beach was also well maintained and lovely. Many hidden fees when we arrived left a bad taste in our mouths as well as a very terrible meal in which we waited 2 hrs for inedible food that wasn’t what we ordered and then it was not made right by management. There were only two restaurants open and no reservations for two weeks. We would hope that a hotel advertised as this luxury could do better with offering guests dinner options especially when it’s advertised a a full service resort and is so far away from other restaurants. "

"The breakfast menu was very acceptable. The pool was clean and very nice. However they were always short of pool towels. The bar and grill had a lot to be desired. The menu was very limited. It seemed to be under staffed. "

"We had an amazing time staying at LaConcha. The service and property were incredible. It’s in a central location walkable to so many restaurants and the restaurants onsite were all fantastic. "

"The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Wasn’t sure what to expect from a Courtyard but it was a beautiful property. Lobby was nice, as was the pool and beach. There was a bistro and bar in the lobby, a sit down restaurant and a more casual bar restaurant in addition to the pool/bar. There were food options but we would have preferred a bit more variety at dinner, seems lunch time had more options available. If you want a great ocean view, book ocean front not ocean view. We had an oceanfront room and the view was great. The room was very nice with comfy beds. Needed more outlets around the bed. We loved our ocean front balcony. You are right near the airport. You do hear planes when at the beach or pool but it isn’t too bad. I. The room our balcony had a double glass sliding door which helped with noise. The room air conditioner was very loud. I am a light sleeper and I could still sleep but it made us keep tv on loud to hear it and it also drowned out airplane noise. We would likely stay here again if we are visiting the area again in the future. "

"Staff was helpful in moving us to a different room after we noticed there was a window in the shower with nothing covering it. (visible to outside) Helpful also in getting us into room early and offered to let us stay past 12:00 the following day. Good breakfast, somewhat pricey, but they gave us a $25 coupon to use, so that paid for half of breakfast for 2 people. Building is old, but clean."
