"We have been here over 6 times. But this time they dropped the ball. Room had stains on the floor that we had to call them to clean. They did not leave trash bins in the all bathrooms. We called for new towels 3 times in one day starting at 10am. No delivery. Them at around 4 before we went to dinner. No delivery. Even though they said they would make it a priority. Then had to go to the main reception office because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Where I walked in to a staff memeber standing at the front desk and just not answering the phone. I told them that I was not happy. I called 3 time and it was now 10pm and I we had no clean towels. They said sorry and will make it a priority again. 11pm came around and no one came or ran our bell. So I called again and they said we left it outside the door. I asked why didn’t they ring the bell to tell us. Very disappointed this time. We love the place that’s why we keep coming back. But they need to be more attentive to the rooms and and the guests. My parents had another room and it had Cobb webs in most corners of the rooms. They are not cleaning as they should. Hope they fix this and teach their staff better. Need better quality control. They actullay said the sent someone to do an inspection before giving us our rooms. They failed."

"Every year I choose to stay at this hotel for a mini vacation and every year I leave happy and relaxed. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, hot coffee/tea/water is always available, the daily breakfast is delicious, and the comfy beds provide a great night's sleep. I would love to partake in the large pool area, but of course I always forget to bring my bathing suit. I'm never disappointed when I stay here. Can't wait to return next year!"
