Great place, very friendly staff

Our stay at the Olivier House Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The curator who decorated this beautifully preserved historic building clearly has an exceptional eye for detail—there are so many charming and unique pieces throughout the property that make it feel special and full of character. Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

Love this hotel for the location and comfort.

Friendly staff. Shuttle was convenient and quick (but you should call the hotel when you have a bags so they send the shuttle then.) Hotel very clean. Excellent breakfast offerings. Will stay here again.

The room we had was very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with all the towels, full size kitchen appliances. Very easy to get around the property, onsite parking was very convenient. just a little disappointed there was no hot breakfast, due to covid. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed the night before going on a cruise. Was e to leave our vehicle there for the week at no charge and take a taxi to the port. They even took care of getting the taxi to get us to the port. Very professional and friendly service. Check in time is as stated but at the time I booked it said check out was 12:00 and it is actually 11:00 so we checked out a little late but there was no problem or extra charge. A new hotel is of course going to be extremely clean and have nice furnishings. so hopefully this standard will be kept up over the coming years. The breakfast was not so good, however. Although we arrived to eat at 8:30AM (breakfast is served 6A-9A), the eggs were dry as if sitting for at least 4-5 hours and the potatoes were burnt and also dried up and there was only a scoop of each left. The staff was super friendly and helped with anything we needed! The coffee wasn’t bad either an it was 24/7 in the lobby which is great because I drink coffee a lot! Definitely would stay here again! Room was awesome and super clean!
