"The hotel was in a perfect location and within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. The hotel was clean and the staff were amazing and friendly. The only complaint is there is absolutely no water pressure in the rooms. I understand wanting to preserve water, but you waste more because it takes 4x as long to take a shower with zero water pressure."

"I would not go back. The air conditioning didn’t work well, maybe got the room to stay about 71-72. Checked in and saw the bed had stained pillow cases and blankets, had to get housekeeping to redo it. Valet parking is more than the sign says. The first day only 1 of the 4 elevators worked. All in all it was an okay stay."

"they had hidden chargers daily fee called a destination fee said it was because i booked online with hotels.com the pool, was dirty green not clean there was commination issues were the front desk lied or hid behind as English was a 2nd language the rooom window was dirty crusted over couldnt see out"

"Very disappointing stay. The area around the hotel had a very strong trash smell throughout the streets nearby, which made the experience unpleasant. The valet service was especially disappointing. The staff was unfriendly, and when I requested my car, it was left near a trash area instead of the hotel entrance, with little assistance or communication. I had to carry and load luggage on my own, which was frustrating and inconvenient. On top of that, there was confusion regarding the pet fee, which added unnecessary stress to the stay. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations."
