"We had a great stay in Rochester. This cozy home was on a quiet street, but near grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. The home was clean and surprisingly well stocked! Property owners were great at communicating with us, even during Easter! Would definitely stay here again!"

Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking)....

All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. I really appreciated them setting up the portable AC unit as it got a bit warm but not horrible, I just like it very cold! They have soft water (which I love) But if you’re not used to it you will feel like the soap is not coming off! A bath mat Would be a nice addition as the tub is a bit slippery.
