We picked this location because we also went to the Texas monthly bbq fest which was 25 minutes and also San Marcos was a short distance. “The house was very clean and comfortable. The only negative thing was that the master bedroom & bathroom and laundry room smelled like gas; thinking garage smell penetrated through. It met our needs very well!”
