“Great stay! Highly recommend.”

“No hot water. No breakfast included. No near (walkable) restaurants/ shopping.”

“The location is great. We are not motel guest, we normally stay at a hotel. This was different for us. The rooms are comfortable but really outdated. I was not happy with one thing... the towels they had a hue of yellow which makes me think there not clean other than that it was ok.”

“Rooms were clean but dated. Had an issue with shower and sink. The room phone didn’t work and staff stated they had several rooms like that and had no intention of fixing because people have cell phones”

“Promised a partial ocean view yet each room is surrounded by buildings with windows facing the parking lot. The deadbolt was broken; the room smelled of mildew; mold on the bathroom faucet handles and while we were out someone was in our room and the manager denied this saying there were cameras but none were seen. Items were missing from our room which was of course denied. Pretty sure we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. When the smoke detector started beeping we were instructed to……

“Joe (owner?) was extremely cordial and accommodating. I'd expect the rooms to be a little cheaper than they were in the off season but our stay was pleasant.”

“Well priced for the value. A bit noisy though”

“别的都好，床太软”

“My only qualm was that there were 7 cleaning staff members in our room sitting when we arrived (we weren’t early for check in) and no one was cleaning our room until they noticed we were sitting there waiting for them lol. They DID clean it very well however and front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating for the rest of our stay!”

“Mold!”

“I had the most amazing stay. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the lobby and porch area - so cozy and chic. Will definitely stay her again.”
