"Great property, comfortably furnished, good quality appliances, cutlery, crockery etc. This made it feel like a home, rather than just a place to stay for a break/holiday, Thanks to our host, Elizabeth for the clear communication prior to our stay and thanks to the very helpful Christiane who met us when we arrived/left the property. "A beautiful home with wonderful views over Cassis. We were a large family group of mixed ages, the youngest was 11 years old. For families with younger children the uphill walk from the village would be more of a challenge but taxis were relatively easy to access. The walk to and from the village took around 20-30 mins. The villa itself was beautiful, well laid out with plenty of outdoor and indoor space, the pool at the villa was big enough for us but the older children also spent a little time...

"The property was as lovely in person as presented in the listing. The beds were super comfortable. The amenities were great. Nico met us at check in and showed us every detail upon arrival, all the way down to showing us location of kitchenwares and switch operations. He also helped us and gave us tips on navigating the parking. There is in fact ample parking, but it requires some mental gymnastics to get in. If you pay attention to Nico it totally works. "The area was beautiful and the villa was a good size for my family. We found the villa a little tired and it would benefit from a little updating. The pool area could be even better if it were refurbished. Overall we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return as we loved the area."

"We stayed here at the end of August, 4 adults and 6 children, we all had a wonderful time. The villa is perfect. Clean spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Mr Spagnolo was very accommodating. We had a bit of a disaster when we first arrived in France, we had planned to stay half way between Calais and cuges-les-pins but when we arrived I hadn’t completed the booking. I contacted Mr Spagnoto quite late that night and asked if we were able to come straight to the villa a day early...

"Une belle villa bien équipée avec tout ce qu il faut pour y vivre en famille. Ustensile, wi fi, gel hydro, barbecue... petit bémol pour la piscine non chauffée qui nous a tenu à l écart en fin septembre. L environnement est super belle terrasse et les tables ext son neuve et peuvent accueillir les grandes familles. Propriétaires super sympa et accueillant. "The property has tons of space indoor and outdoor for us (family of 9). We had the opportunity to use the pool and it was definitely helpful in a hot summer day. The AC comes in handy too, which was part of the reason why we chose this property (and it was not easy to find a bigger house with AC in the area). We also liked that it’s close to town. "Where do I start after booking this supposed villa advertised as 6 bedroom we discovered it was in fact 4 bedroom with sofa beds in living area, adjacent to another house We sent sereval messages to owner responses took weeks and some questions remained unanswered. The owner was not at the villa on night of arrival to greet us, instead was at a party while we we're lost in a transfer in the woodlands, took multiple attempts to contact him, he wasnt very helpful. Arrived- complete darkness Trying...

"A very special villa, with many different places to relax in throughout the day and evening. Terraces, rooms and of course the pool and poolside area. Beautiful restful home to return to after a busy day out in the lovely towns and cities relatively nearby. A car is essential (a small one perhaps as narrow roads aren't so straight forward to navigate). Local people in shops and restaurants incredibly warm and friendly. A very special place to holiday."

"Cet hôtel est idealement placé. A proximité immediate du metro Perrier. L'hotel meriterai une renovation surtout au niveau des fenetres pas tres étanche. Coté propreté, rien a dire, c'est tres propre. La literie est confortable, c'est un plus. A chaque fois que je viens en deplacement pro a Marseille, je descends ici. L'accueil est très agreable et le personel à l'ecoute."
