“Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced.”

“PROS: - Simple, clean room -- As a traveler, I spend most of my time exploring the city than being in my hotel room. This room was perfect because all I needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep. No extra frills needed. - Close to everything -- This hotel is practically in the center of the city, and is close to many bus/train lines that can take you to all of SF's attractions and neighborhoods. “It was great”

“Absolutely amazing place to stay in the city. We had some shows to go to but I almost would have been happier just staying in. The house is a timeless design with a jaw dropping view of the city. All the rooms on the first floor are well equipped for guests and the space is immaculate. The ceiling is well insulted you can’t hear any footsteps from The living room upstairs from the bedrooms. Peaceful, quiet place on top of the hill we will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city……

“The room doesn’t have a balcony the reason I chose this over my other choice , the hotel has rooms with balconies. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. The parking is off site in a public parking garage, re-entering is a bit confusing as you need to go into Google to get to the garage. My room had one very small window that I kept open most of the time but when I did decide to close it at 5:30 am the ac smelled like sewag, just have to keep the windows open. ”
