“really nice room. Received notice before we arrived that the room we booked would have been noisy. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent”

“Good experience, love it!”

“Overall, the beds are clean and comfortable. However, there are too many flies in the living room and kitchen, which makes the experience annoying.”

“The hostel is cosy and social. It’s not a party hostel, but people do socialise in the kitchen. The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. ”

“There was a big cockroach running in my room and the whole room of full of dust .It's a very terrible experience. No wonder that it is so cheap but really poor! Sucks hotels!”

“The hotel is very new and clean. Many good restaurants nearby”

“My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW”

“很舒服溫馨的飯店，設備很新，有冰箱，熱水壺，咖啡機。免費早餐有烤麵包，貝果，蘋果派和草莓派，咖啡果汁和牛奶，還有是2種水果，真的不錯吃。”

“Very nice boutique hotel. Good size & clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Conveniently located close to the Redfern train station and local cafes. ”

“very good”

“Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs ”

“Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay.”

“乾淨客房，雖然室內空間不很大，一人住蠻剛好。設備齊全。 接待的員工很熱情，讓人心情愉悅”

“Guests get $15 dining credit for no requiring housekeeping”

“Perfect clean modern small rooms in a great area and a cool vibe”

“I got free parking offered which is excellent. Room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and with fast reaction. Location is perfect!”
