“Location and breakfast are good.”

“The room they have given to us was not even on ground floor. İt was below it! We are expedia gold member and they still gave us a such a room. No upgrade, nothing extra as well perhaps a small welcoming gesture.”

“A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.”

“We stayed for one night, to be close to Regents Park open air theatre. Location good. We visited on hottest day of the year and room was sweltering. We were provided with a fan but it simply wasn’t enough for a comfortable stay. We slept with fan on and windows open. It was noisy and hot all night so we really didn’t sleep well. Sofa bed felt hard & bedding could do with freshening up.”

“Pros :Great location. Room was good size for London. Bed is ok, quite comfortable. Cons: service not great. They can’t even help me call a taxi, which is strange for a hotel. Cleaning staff also not the most polite. ”

“The hotel is perfectly located. It is just 8 - 10 mins away from the Oxford Street, Baker Street tube station or the Bond Street tube station. Staff members at the Concierge are all friendly and helpful. One thing that was needed to be improved is the shower. I stayed in a one-person room on the 3rd floor and the shower was extremely weak. Only half of the holes of the shower were releasing water weakly. It was made worse as it is an fixed, overhead shower. ”
