“Immaculate condo in historic Cape Charles. Perfect location on Mason Ave allows for easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach! We had a wonderful stay and would be happy to return!”

The Bay Creek community was so quiet and peaceful, offering a lot of extra amenities outside of the normal Cape Charles offerings, and everyone was extremely nice! “Unfortunately, the property was experiencing hot-water issues, which the owners knew about. When we first arrived after a 6 hr drive, we did not have hot water, and did not get hot water until late the next day. We were informed by the plumber that this issue affected previous renters, and I would encourage the owners to have it fully resolved before renting again. ”

“Had a great time with everything that you would want to visit and see within a short distance of the property. The property itself was great with multiple pools, 18 hole mini golf, great selection in the game rooms, etc.Highly recommend this property!DK”

“We had a great time at Isla Villa. Check in process was easy, done all through text messages. Condo was very clean and convenient to pools and husband loved the golf. Golf cart was not working during our stay so it was a last minute scramble to get one which was hard a couple days before our arrival but Darren at Sunset by the Bay came through for us. ”
