"Love staying here at the Brookfield Embassy Suites! Every time I travel out to Milwaukee, I always book my stay with Embassy Suites. Amazing staff...sooo friendly! The beds are so comfy and the rooms are absolutely perfect! Mini fridge, microwave, bar sink, tub with shower, and very clean. TVs in both the sitting room and the bedroom with multiple options (cable, Netflix, etc.). I've always loved the separate sitting room and bedroom; not that it's ever noisy, but it just helps it be extra quiet while you sleep!"

"Checked out same evening we checked in, air conditioner broken, front desk staff not helpful, refusing to refund room charge."

"Clean room, super helpful and friendly staff! Very interesting deco-r. The Deco Cafe breakfast was excellent, loved the Steak & Eggs! Delicious lattes too."

"Breakfast was $12, buffet. The staff member was friendly…typical buffet menu , nothing special. The parking was decent, they gave me a ticket to place in my window (free parking)"

"We had issues as soon as waited an hour for our room. Once in the room we wanted ice wife hands me the bucket to put the bag in. As soon as I took the lid off I smelled something weird for an ice bucket, I sniffed it , gave it to the wife and at the same time Said IT'S PISS! Somebody pissed in the ice bucket and was missed by HK. Wife went to check in and they brought a bucket. They never took the PISS buck back. WE put it outside our door maybe they will pick it up being out in the hallway. Went to show for 4 hours came back to Hotel and Piss bucket still there. And the machine was broken on are floor. We got comped breakfast, And that was good staff where nice."

"We loved the security features, the aesthetics, the warmth of the room. There was a wad of bandage in front of a door down the hall from us from Thursday until when we left Sunday. Elevator floor was sticky and gross for days too. Lastly the breakfast didn’t offer any gluten free carb solutions. We’d consider staying here again in the future"

"Another great stay at the best-updated of all the Grand Dame hotels I've ever seen. Every staffer was nice and the onsite cafe and bars were terrific. Comfortable room, good wifi and sensible TV features - everything just great."

"Great place to stay close to the city of Milwaukee. Plenty of free parking. The hotel and our room were very clean. We basically stayed there to sleep, but it does seem to have a restaurant and bar that looked nice. "

"Staff and hotel were great! Location great! Walking distance to everything! Had a few issues with the room, tv was not working and required a tech visit, only to pods of coffee in the room, and no toilet paper, except for very little in the roll. Had to make a stop down the hallway closet to serve out selves. "
