“We were there opening weekend - property was super clean and staff was awesome. Wanted to watch March madness and forgot adapter - and the staff brought me a new adapter so we could watch the game. Very awesome.”

“Our room was on the first floor and there were no curtains to close for privacy or to block out the light in the morning. The curtains that were there were sheer, so pretty revealing. Also, the shower head was leaking from the back and side, obviously needed replacement. ”

“When we got to the room it looked acceptable. Later we discovered mold in several locations in the bathroom and dirty corners in the room. On the balcony we found a bag with food left overs. We had booked for 2 nights and our room was not made up on the second day. Poor management of the cleaning service.”

“The entire property was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was spacious especially for 3 people. Breakfast everyday exceeded expectations. The bar/ restaurant and outdoor seating was perfect for late night. ”

“Terrific location-able to walk to almost all activities/sites. Valet parking was expensive but very responsive; never had to wait long for car. Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling water 24 hours a day. Delicious brownie placed in room daily. Issue with nighttime noise from live music from wedding receptions right below our windows two nights in a row, but management……

“The hotel was nice and clean with a good location but I checked out on March 16,3026 and it's now April 4th and they will not release my deposit. I have called multiple times and they will not resolve the issues. Do NOT stay at this property unless you want to be scammed out of $100!”

“Reservations were for king size bed and was given 2 queen beds. Had to make a big stink about it because they said there was no room available with a king bed. After some back and forth, they eventually, somehow, found us a room with a king bed. They did make it right by picking up the bar tab for that evening and breakfast in the morning. ”
