“What makes this property is the friendly staff. A great budget option for being on the ocean and it seems to have a lot of repeat visitors. Staff seem to enjoy working there and that carries over to customer service. This is not a bougie choice, but practical one for families. Highly recommend recommended.”

“The front view of the ocean was beautiful on the third floor. The balcony was nice and the room and bathroom were clean and spotless. Only issue we had was that there’s no ventilation in the bathroom so it was getting steamy whenever someone would shower. The pool and hot tub do look dirty as I read on previous reviews but we didn’t even bother to go in since we had the ocean literally 1 min walk away. The parking was a little dark at night and small but it worked out. The area it’s in is good……

“This was suppose to be a family getaway but first started off with handing us 1 hour late suite. Now since last night the day we checked in late we have not have had no AIR CONDITIONER room was 78F, We are having to take out the kids to do other activities. When I spoke to manager James they had already put in a ticket but was dismissive. Then I asked to talk to someone above him then I spoke to Richard but all was just a waste of time. No one came to check. I had to ask for a fan. At least……

“The location of the property is good, on the beach side. The cleanliness could be litter better. The staff and amenities are great.”

“Room said it slept 6, two queen beds, and a cot upon request. It had two queen beds, but the property did not have cots. So 3 adults slept in one bed and two adults and a child slept in the other. All they did was being extra blankets and said we could sleep on the floor. Pool was unavailable to use and green. Said full kitchen and it had a mini fridge and a microwave. The floors made your feet black instantly. The front desk clerk was very nice but very unhelpful with our needs. Also asked for……
