“We went back for a 2nd visit for July 4th.. just a girls trip this time. Thankfully the air conditioner on the main floor was back working (it was out during our Memorial Day stay). We booked the 2 bedroom standard suite which was very spacious. When we went in May we had the signature suite. The only difference is the type of pool towels, the washer and dryer was smaller in the standard suite, no wine cooler (signature suite has it), and difference in products (shampoo, soap, etc.) Other than……

“The best part of our stay was definitely the amenities. The water slides were a lot of fun for our son, the pool area was enjoyable, and having direct access to the beach was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the hotel itself fell short of our expectations. Our balcony air conditioning unit leaked constantly, flooding the entire balcony throughout our stay. The staff did come out a couple of times to try to fix it, but the issue was never resolved. We were also disappointed that our room was never……

“What makes this property is the friendly staff. A great budget option for being on the ocean and it seems to have a lot of repeat visitors. Staff seem to enjoy working there and that carries over to customer service. This is not a bougie choice, but practical one for families. Highly recommend recommended.”

“This was suppose to be a family getaway but first started off with handing us 1 hour late suite. Now since last night the day we checked in late we have not have had no AIR CONDITIONER room was 78F, We are having to take out the kids to do other activities. When I spoke to manager James they had already put in a ticket but was dismissive. Then I asked to talk to someone above him then I spoke to Richard but all was just a waste of time. No one came to check. I had to ask for a fan. At least……

“We had a wonderful vacation overall and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious enough for our group of eight (my mom, my three children, my two nieces, and me). It was definitely crowded, but we made it work. Having a kitchenette was a huge plus and made meals much easier during the week. There were a few issues during our stay, though. We found two roaches in the condo. I’m not sure if the property had recently been treated, as we were told they may have sprayed, but it was still……

“Room said it slept 6, two queen beds, and a cot upon request. It had two queen beds, but the property did not have cots. So 3 adults slept in one bed and two adults and a child slept in the other. All they did was being extra blankets and said we could sleep on the floor. Pool was unavailable to use and green. Said full kitchen and it had a mini fridge and a microwave. The floors made your feet black instantly. The front desk clerk was very nice but very unhelpful with our needs. Also asked for……
