"Don’t expect much for the price. The rooms are small is not much there as far as amenities however it’s centrally located. It’s close to all the downtown shopping. It’s right on the water, which is nice."

"Our room with a view had a balcony...all you saw from the room was water and sky and the newport bridge...it was really beautiful. Well appointed and updated."

"The rooms were very clean and I liked that the suites had no carpeting and the floors were washed between guests making me feel more comfortable about walking around with no shoes on. I did not like the fact that the only vending option in the suites building was a simple drink machine. Also the pool heater was out of order for most of our stay. Other than that we had a lovely stay."

No meat, no eggs( only cold boiled). Also stuff at fromt desk very rude in my opinion. Always seemed fruatrated when a question get asked. Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent. "
