“The place is wonderfully located and thoughtfully appointed. I appreciated the guest binder with the map of the resort, including the paved path to the beach. We spent a lovely Saturday on the beach, watching whales breach! Nice kitchen, spacious deck, comfy bed. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch, too.”

“10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and……

“This is a wonderful location with an amazing ocean view. We were there in October and enjoyed whale watching from our balcony. ”

“Property exactly as described. Great location for walking the beach! If you want peace and quiet however, the pool is directly below you and is used all day and night so probably not for you. ”
