“We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but I did notice it is not really equipped to be able to do much cooking. But the basics were provided. When I first saw the photos, I honestly thought it might be too good to be true, but the place was exactly as advertised — and even better. The communication was great before check-in, access was easy, and everything felt smooth from start to finish. “Good communication. The place was clean. Good space for a family. My only comment for improvement would be: The beds are a bit small for bringing a family, a full in one and a Queen in the other. The Queen for the bigger room needs a new mattress. The firmness was fine, but it was way too "springy" with any movement. If the mattress was replaced, I would definitely stay here again!”

“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”
