“Great value for the space. The building and the entryway/stairs are very industrial, but the unit itself is just as pictured, clean and comfortable. Quiet building, although the surrounding streets were a bit noisy. (Not surprising right across from SIU.) It's the perfect location if you're visiting campus.”

“The location was perfect as I expected it to be. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. Communication was great. The building is old so you can hear footsteps in other apartments and things going on outside sometimes in case that is bothersome to some but that didn't bother me. We loved how dark the bedrooms are and the bedrooms are located away from the exterior of the building so noise wasn't a problem for me. ”

“On a whim, we booked this property that is above the bourbon bar. It’s newly renovated and is beautiful! Full kitchen, gorgeous bathroom (makes me want to renovate ours at home to match), comfy couches and bed! We were able to experience the bourbon bar, do some of the wine trail, make the trek to Heron Pond, and get our favorite pizza in the world at Quatros in Carbondale. Absolutely recommend this little gem!! Owners were excellent at communicating and making recommendations. Oh yes, you……

They provided great suggestions for family friendly indoor activities due to the cold temperatures.”
