La gente que trabaja allí son Argentinos muy amables. De noche la seguridad es muy amable también. Nunca hubo ningún problema. Si regreso a Playa del Carmen me quedare allí de nuevo. Excellent hotel very beautiful and has a very natural vibe. The staff are Argentinians very kind. The security is very kind too. I never once had a problem. You can have guest over but have to pay 100 pesos if it’s after 11pm which is not bad at all. Only issue I didn’t like was the entrance, you have to enter through a tequila shop and after hours late at night, you just have to hope the security guard is there to let you in.
