"We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with."

My friends and husband celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend and we loved our trip so much! The hot tub wasn't working when we got there, but, was resolved the next day. The weather wasn't ideal while we were there so we were only able to use the beach one day, but the heated pool in the backyard saved the day for our grandkids. "Overall a great place to stay! The hot tub was not working upon arrival but they had it up and running for day two. The backyard, pool, and front yard had beer cans and paper plates on the ground that were not from us. Even the pool had a styrofoam plate in it. The location of the property is tough to beat and the house itself is perfect for a small group to stay."

"The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again."

"The property location was phenomenal- right on the beach but not too crowded (in May). The property is well maintained and as expected from photos. I'd give it a 4.5 stars if I could with the only reservation from 5 starts being that the furnishings and decor are a little old and the soaps/shampoos and kitchen sponge were unusually small. Overall very nice (especially for the price) and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
