“This place is very decent sized room for a couple with all the possible amenities. Room was clean and non-smelly. Our particular room had the vanity aka sink water handles inverted (not a big deal but just mentioning) At a convenient distance to many good restaurants, county fair grounds etc, Staff people were good. I wish they would give us some better breakast instead of grab-n-go approach.”

“The photos on the website are very misleading compared to what you see in person. The room was much smaller than it appeared online. I understand the hotel is rated 6.2, but there should still be some basic standards. The biggest issue was the smell. The hallway leading to my room, and the room itself, had a strong odor of marijuana and possibly other substances. The hallway did not look or feel clean. The pictures make the hotel and rooms look inviting, modern, and very clean. In reality, the……

“They need Better pillows, also quiet hours weren’t really a thing, I got woken up a lot from voices in the other room or in the hallway. Overall the place was nice and clean. Very friendly owners as well. ”

“The rooms and main floor were very cleanly. The breakfast options were great and I wouldn’t change a thing with that part. I wish there was more parking as we couldn’t find parking. There were two trucks that took up 6 stalls so that didn’t help. The fitness centre was lacking in options. ”

“The hotel has just been remodeled and everything was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was good, with a number of options. Elsa at the front desk was great! She helped us get checked in early because of a business function that we'd be attending. And then made sure that we had parking in the underground parking lot. She was friendly, professional, and happy. Next time we're going to the Tacoma Dome, we'll stay at this hotel.”
