“We really enjoyed our short stay in Richmond. However, the hotel staff told us that we could get breakfast until 10am, and that it was to be included in our stay, but when we came down at about 9:15 we were told it ended at 9 on weekdays. The person with whom we spoke was not very understanding about the fact that we had been told 10am the night before. We then had to buy our breakfast and they were out of the first 2 things we asked for, a breakfast sandwich and a burrito. The staff was nice...

“El concepto es buenísimo. Como si fuera un dorm de una universidad. En el lobby tienen una cafetería, mesa de billar, de video juegos, juegos de mesa, sofá frente a la chimenea. Y el cuarto era una suite de una recámara con una litera y sofá cama en la sala y una cama king size en la recámara. Dos baños, todo decorado con el concepto universitario. Muy recomendable y cerca de todo.”
