The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in. We found them short, dismissive & a little bit argumentative when it came to the parking garage parking. In the……

“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel……

“What was worse? The FIRST floor room’s window that was left open& wouldn’t shut, the stink bugs crawling on the wall, the mold growing on the bathroom wall, or the leftover food still remaining in the fridge from a previous guest? It’s hard to tell. What is for sure, is the disappointment in this place being backed by “Choice”. That’s a brand we usually trust. ”
