“The hotel was much better than when we drove into the property. It looked like, and may have been, an old apartment building. Once inside it was clean and comfortable. Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. Reasonable rate and good location.”

“My boyfriend and I had an absolute amazing time! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I requested a few decorations for the room and they did not disappoint. He loved it and they were so thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the staff were exceptionally nice. It was conveniently located to food places, activities, and beautiful sights! My boyfriend will be staying here again! ”

“The room was large and very clean. However, the guy working the front desk refused to print me a paper receipt. He said because I booked through Expedia they were blocked from seeing it and would get an email copy from Expedia. I always get a paper receipt for every hotel stay and I always book through Expedia. Is this a hotel issue? Staff issue? ”

“Room was clean. We ran out of toilet paper after 12 hours, and no one was available to bring any to the room unfortunately. There was also only one bath towel for showering. Kitchen and fridge were fantastic, and would be so nice for a family staying more than one night. The pool was well kept but the water was cold. We didn’t get back in after one swim because of this. Overall I would stay again and hope the pool is warmer next time! Staff were very friendly and breakfast was a great variety……
