The hotel building is quite new, which adds to the cleanliness and comfort. the rooms are small but have everything you need for a short stay. the location is convenient next to major roads, easy to get almost anywhere in the area. despite of being right off a busy part of rt. 66, it was rather quiet. I did have some problems with the service: when i arrived around 3pm, the office was closed, with no signs on the door. A customer waiting in the car said "they will be back in 20 minutes". Very nice property and close to Toyota Oakdale Theater and restaurants. Perfect for what we needed and our intended purpose. Would recommend.

They even shoveled off all the cars after a snowstorm! Awesome!

I got in at 9:00 tonight, and check-in was a breeze! My room is way beyond awesome, I've not done any more than unpack, but I'm very impressed. I was born in Wallingford, so the reason I'm here is to rent a house and stay in the area, but I highly recommend this place to people visiting the Wallingford/Meriden area.

It was awesome we had an amazing time and we were as comfortable as we can be it was a Clean and everyone was kind it was an amazing experience thank you

The staff at this property was by FAR the best of any property I have ever stayed in. Everyone was pleasant and and helpful. Ivan in particular, took great care of me when my Uber Eats order was delayed and then ultimately cancelled because they could not find a driver. The manager of this property should be quite proud of the entire staff.

Everything was fine except the parking situation. Valet is not preferable and street parking becomes a problem.

Lucia at the front desk was great. Always helpful and kind. Dougie the bartender was funny and sweet. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was great.

Great staff and quiet room

Georgette, who was responsible for the breakfast area, was amazing. Kind, helpful, diligent. She’s a Georgette peach!

Quiet close to espn headquarters

Easy check in, kind staff.

Room was clean. Refrigerator needed something..extremely loud..could not hear tv over the compressor. Turned it off

Always greated with great hospitality ........

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation, however, it was extremely clean. The staff were amazing. Very professional and personal on board. The breakfast buffet was better than average. I would recommend this hotel regardless of the fact it’s old.

I liked this hotel. The area was quiet, the staff was professional and the hotel was clean. My only setback was the keycard kept having issues so I had to make trips to front desk. Apart from that, the stay was fine and I would go back. Parking was always available. The hotel sold bkfast and lunches, but also offered free coffee all day. There were food places, including fast foods and diners, that were literally 2‐4 minutes away which was very convenient for the stay.

Definitely clean accommodation. Convenient parking and exit. Halloween decorations were very nice. It took me a day to figure our room temperature. I understand importance of cooler temps but I'm older so I like my room warmer. I ended up buying a throw blanket at nearby Target to make the temperature comfortable.
