"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as...

"Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again!"

"This is our second stay at this unit and it was the best. We love the location, it's great to have view of beach and just be a few minutes walk into town. Everything is welcoming at the unit. "My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we really enjoyed this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and beach access all within 5-15 min of the unit. The unit itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay, all we needed were some grocery essentials and we were all set. We will definitely stay here again."

"This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs."

"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."
