“Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language.

“Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside. In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax. “We arrived at noon time and the hotel let us check in earlier than schedule, and that was very helpful. The following day we found the breakfast was great, beyond our expectation.🙂 It was a wonderful experience.”

“Nice staff with very wonderful experience to check in”

“A small and exquisite hotel with royal garden style, the hotel room facilities are full of artistic atmosphere, restaurant decoration and food complement each other. Is an amazing and unforgettable hotel.”
