5/5 Excellent
"LOVED: SERVICE! Amazing!!! From start to finish - Catalina was GREAT! Jair and his partner in the buffet were AMAZING! EVERYONE (with the exception only one or two bar runners) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady in the club on the 4th floor was incredibly hard working. Loved the all inclusive. Food was good in general. The Buffet was GREAT - always fresh food even until closing and I usually don't like buffets. LOVED the swim up room. Super great!
SO-SO: Entertainment was so-so. The fire people seemed like amateurs/beginners and so was the airial act. That was kinda cheesy. But we didn't come for the entertainment - so it didn't bother us.
The noise from the construction wasn't too bad - we are looking forward to coming back and checking out the renovations and hopefully a swim-up room facing the sun so that we can stay in the water longer.
Overall - very impressed."

"This was an all-inclusive resort. The room was spacious with all basic amenities. There was a mini refrigerator which was stocked with beverages. The only problem in the room we had was the flush stopped working one day and that was promptly taken care of when we notified maintenance.
There were several dining options. The 3 specialty restaurants - Panchos, Marco Polo and Zai were excellent! The buffet restaurant was just okay.
The pool was wonderful. There were several activities throughout the day at the pool. In the evening there was a show on most days. The performers were very good. On the two evenings that did not have a show, there was karaoke and black jack. Both were a lot of fun. The entertainment and event staff was awesome, especially Rocio, Andres, Leonardo, Lorena, Irving, Fernanda and Fernando.
There was a fitness room that I did not use. But I did take a yoga class with the instructor, Christian who was excellent.
The housekeeping staff, Yudith was very polite and she did an impeccable job cleaning our room.
Service was great and my family and I had a great time."

"All the amenities. Pools, staff and rooms.
Would definitely go back but not during wedding season. Restaurants were full of weddings so we couldn't try them."
