A block away from the beach, few blocks from water park, everything was very easy. Owner answers questions right away and is on top of things. I recommend this house if you’re looking for a great house right in the heart of Seaside Height."

When I asked owner he said that pertained to his other property It was dirty, the roof leaked constantly the grill was filthy and next to 3 dirty garbage cans. Said 2 short blocks to beach was 2 loooong blocks to beach. Nowhere to rinse sand outside so had to fill pans from inside to rinse. Washer and dryer decades old and rusty. 1/2 inch dust on fans and AC units. Cheap broken shades!!!!!!!! I have pics of all. If this is one of your "premier"...
