“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Was very nice and spacious. Enjoyed 2 tv's in separate rooms”

“Very good experience~all my family love it!”

“longer serve hours for breakfast will be better”

“Very good ”

“房间整洁，交通便利”

“I will definitely stay here again! The bath tub was my safe place after a day of hiking! Everything was perfect the laundry, the pool. The sauna took a bit to warm up but next time I know to turn the sauna on first!”

“非常满意”

“Excellent location with beautiful mountain views from your private balcony. Service and amenities were great. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Had a great stay at Sedona Real! Love this place and the renovated suite. Amazing staffs that are super helpful and friendly as well.”

“This place is fantastic. The amenities are ridiculous: fresh bread daily, fresh breakfast (fresh veggies and fruit). Snacks and sodas and water provided. Your own personal patio and we had our own hot tub and giant inside soaking tub inside. The only drawback applies to the entire area as I stayed in 3 hotels in the Grand Canyon and Sedona and all I can say about Roku is it bites. Cuts out a lot.”

“小厨房非常方便，圣诞节期间餐厅都关门 还好我们在旁边超市买了食品可以自己做饭。餐具 洗碗机 冰箱 都很新很好用。淋浴房很新。去往各条徒步线路都很方便。”

“This place was so beautiful, clean, and the location was so perfect!”

“喜欢地区，风景，方便。.......................................”

“This place was disgusting for the price. Felt dirty and the furniture was folding chairs. I checked out a day early with no refund just to get away. For just an extra $50 I stayed at the Hampton Inn up the road which was fantastic. Avoid this dump if you can.”
