“Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au centre historique de Sienne. L’accueil a été tout simplement incroyable. Felizia mérite une mention spéciale : gracieuse, serviable et d’une efficacité impressionnante. Elle a monté ma valise jusqu’au 4ᵉ étage (sans ascenseur), et a même pris l’initiative d’aller au supermarché pour m’acheter des produits sans gluten et sans lactose, qu’elle a déposés discrètement dans la chambre. Une attention rare et profondément……

“The hotel is in a great location very close to restaurants. Our air conditioner was not working for the first week of our stay even though Pietro insisted it was working. Natalia the other host is great and went out of her way to help us. Room was supposedly sound proof. While it did impede some of the noise we could still hear people walking by especially late into the early morning hours. ”

“This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or……
