Very nice bathroom and all the amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, nice selection of food to choose from. "I visited Siena for the Palio, once last year and again this year staying at the Hotel Duomo both times. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You can tell from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff they love what they do and the professionalism shows! They also arranged my private ride from Florence Airport direct to the hotel. Amazing and I will stay here in the future. "

Very quiet, with a wonderful view over the Tuscan countryside from our room...coffee-making facilities and a fridge with cold water (essential in this current heatwave)...a good choice of breakfast options, all served by Valentina, who was the perfect host. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again. Breakfast voucher to Nannami restaurant which was nice . There are about 50 steps to get to main landing and from there you can take elevator to 3rd floor . We love Siena and loved this hotel and owner! Highly recommend staying here!"
