“The hotel is in a great central location, has free parking, and a shuttle (extra fee) if needed to sightsee downtown. It was clean, in a very safe area, and the lobby nicely decorated, although there is some need for maintenance around the property. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, especially the croissant egg sandwiches. We chose this hotel for game playing tables in the lobby and for daily pool time. The pool was nice and not too crowded;……

“We stairs the week at another hotel in the area that was newer but poorly constructed. For the weekend we decided to stay here. It was much more affordable and for the price the views and the service were excellent. Well the hotel was a bit dated. The place was very clean. The only reason why we gave four stars on cleanliness is because some of the floors and carpets are a bit older and appear faded and are holding some dirt. In general the bathroom and room were very clean. We definitely stay……

“It was really very nicely appointed. They didn’t gouge you for parking. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.”

“The property was under construction while we stayed here. I felt taken advantage of because of this. Any other place we could have stayed didn’t have the noise or displacement we felt. I still paid full price for a property that wasn’t a complete product that I paid for. Construction ALL day, maybe a couple hours of no construction while we stayed. That should have been reflected in what was charged. We would have stayed somewhere else for the same price. I hope corporate reads this as I……

“Excellent location. Right next to the city market. Valet service was A plus. The presence of ice, espresso coffee and fruit station on each floor is an excellent touch and most appreciated.”

“Very nice Inn; staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, beautifully decorated with old southern charm. Breakfast was outstanding and wine and cheese daily at 4:00 was a wonderful chance to meet other guests. Walkable to many good restaurants and the waterfront and carriage rides. The 4th floor room where food was served had a beautiful view of the water. I would stay again.”

“We arrived early but our rooms were not ready until much later than 4:00. We ended up waiting for over an hour in the lobby, which was not the best but we were able to review the art pieces. We did not start with the right foot. The rooms were very large but unfortunately we got them on the side of Bay St. and it was pretty noisy outside. The location is great. Very comfortable bed and very strong shower.”
