“If customer service is important to you, this may not be the best hotel choice. During our 5-night, 6-day stay, the staff seemed inconvenienced when we requested fresh towels. We were told that our room would be refreshed after three days, but housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay. “This hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport in the neighborhood that I would rate as a two on a scale of one to five one being the lowest. Although there were some issues with my room, the staff promptly upgraded me to a suite however the floors were dirty and sticky, and the coffee maker did not work and the water pressure was marginal.
