“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”

“Our room and the entire hotel were very clean. All staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Pool wasn’t too cold and hot tub was great. The 530 kickback with free drinks was a compliment to our stay. Parking garage was also nice and clean. Only two minor complaints was the shower head leaked a bit so the pressure wasn’t great (we just dealt with it, wasn’t a super big deal) and I wish they had some gluten free pastry options with breakfast. “This place is a dive. Rooms reek of smoke. It’s not secured (broken exterior side door) and the facility is completely in ill repair. The best part was checking out.”

“The breakfast was just okay. The omelets were the best thing. The potatoes and eggs were unseasoned and watery. Bacon was undercooked and soggy. Pancakes were hard as rocks. ”
