Honestly 5+ stars to the women running this place. They’re doing their jobs and doing it with kindness, friendliness and above all helpful and professional. Give them a raise!! It was spotless and comfortable. Good reason why their ratings are above other hotels in the area charging twice as much for the name.

Clean room, nice casino

The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were polite with every interaction. When called upon or not the staff were very helpful. The ambience said, “high-end and snooty”, but the staff were down to earth and accommodating. My friends and I had a tight schedule of activities outside of the hotel. Therefore, we feel like we missed some of the activities happening in the hotel. We want to plan another trip so that we can enjoy the inside of the beautiful hotel.

The room was very spacious and clean. We loved the convenience of the area and the many amenities es provided on site. The team did an amazing job of communicating with rapid speed.
