"We had an amazing stay at this property. The restaurant has great food. The room was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and well taken care of. Staff was so friendly and incredible. Everything was so easy from the check in to check out. "

"This rental did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Our daughter got married in the Redwoods and we needed a place that we could host a small reception. This property seemed way bigger than the square footage listed. The backyard and patio area were perfect for our small gathering. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware. The only thing we ended up needing to buy was an ice cream scooper. With that being said, we have stayed at other rentals that have coffee, tea, and some condiments in the fridge; the only things this rental had were a few spices in the cabinet. No big deal to us but worth a mention in case others are expecting more. Checking in was super easy, the wifi was excellent, and the giant garage was so nice to have access to. The drive into town was beautiful and didn't take as long as we expected. I saw other reviewers complain about spiders but we only saw one in the house - the house sits in the middle of a redwood forest so there are naturally going to be bugs and spiders outside. I will say that the front of the property feels very secluded but I was surprised to see other houses/trailers so close through the trees. We never saw another person though. The inside of the house is really nice but a little dark. We typically had all the lights turned on when we were inside. There are a few skylights in the house but some in the living room would have been really nice. Overall, we would 100% stay here again!"

"The property was wonderful. The home is tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our stay. The hosts were kind, accommodating, and responsive. I made an embarrassing mistake by not scheduling our stay correctly and the owners were very kind and understanding when we hadn't vacated when we were supposed to. Our only issue was when a neighbor was cutting down trees across the street early on a few mornings, which disturbed our sleep and was a bit traumatic given our personal history with falling trees --- none of this reflects upon the property and the owners, of course. We'd be happy to recommend the property to anyone."

"We enjoyed our stay! The living room is very cozy reminiscent of a cabin with wooden walls and a fireplace. Has a good basic kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms are comfortable with nice decor. One thing to note is that either the listing or check-in instructions states that there’s a fenced-in yard for your dog. That’s true there’s a fence but it’s not enclosed all the way, so just something to know for people with dogs who like to runaway or explore. My favorite part of this property is the rustic front deck that offers a view of the water!"
