"Pros: property in the middle of everything. Can’t ask for a better location. Parking in the nearby public lot is free *off season*. Staff is friendly. One of the few pet friendly hotels in Newport. Our unit was clean and updated. Cons: we stayed in one of the apartments which was clean and updated but tiny. It appears it was perhaps once a 1 BR and they cut the room in half to make 2 BRs? The shower head did not work so we had to use the hand nozzle. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient. The one thing to be aware of is the walls are paper thin. And when I say paper thin, I mean you can hear the conversations of the people in the next room as if they’re in the room with you. That prevented me from getting any sleep. "

"The rooms are very small and without desks which makes it difficult to work or eat in the room. Given the price point, I expected better accommodations. The location was excellent."

"Room was cleaned, had a nice view. Amenities were nice. I inderstand yhays a bot off season but breakfast was very poor. The only hot stuff, uou could get was a waflle. No meat, no eggs( only cold boiled). Also stuff at fromt desk very rude in my opinion. Always seemed fruatrated when a question get asked. Not sure why it was of season so its not like place was busy. Because those 2 things this place only got an good stay not excellent. "
