“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. Having worked in the hotel industry myself, I understand that issues can happen, but the overall cleanliness and condition of this room fell well below what should be considered acceptable. When I arrived, the bed sheets were visibly dirty, and the pillowcases and towels were stained. Those are basic housekeeping standards that should never be overlooked. “The room was small and workspace was hard to acquire. The room was smaller than other hotels and a bit cramped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was adequate. I was in the upstairs room and getting in and out of the room was a chore. This is an adequate room if you don't want to pay the In Season prices. I would not say the room was business travel friendly. The room was clean, the air-conditioning worked and I had a hot shower. The contactless check in was a bit cumbersome but I got used……
