"Staff was professional. Old quaint historical hotel. Rooms were clean and clean towels. Hallway had a slight wet smell but rooms smelled fresh. One elevator but its only 4 or 5 stories so not a big deal. We will definitely stay there again. "

"Stayed here for one night to go to a baseball, which was an easy walk. Great band was playing at Ferg's Sportsbar after the game. We were able to get late night food at a pizza place about two blocks away after midnight. Loved the location and the front desk and valet parking people were very nice!"

"I booked from tuesday until friday. Everything was fine until today. Valet parking Was having trouble trying to locate my vehicle. Onr guy was acting very unprofessional with no respect. Not only with me but others who asked him a question. When somebody asks him a question he will walk off as if he did not have time to answer questions. No class at all! When He could not find my vehicle. He handed me my keys as if I need to find it myself. But the other guy that was working with him today....

"I love the stay although when it was time to check out after 2 days, the man in the office refused to give me my 100 dollar deposit because one of the towels got a mark on the from the HOTEL pool tables that were cracked and brown junk got on one of the towels ! ALSO there is NO jacuzzi or steam room like the pictures they have posted! Other than that it was a great stay for a beach weekend out of town"

"Great huge property. Great amenities for the kids. Pools at tradewinds are always full and crowed, RumFish pools were less crowded and we spent a lot of time in those. We didn’t try any of the restaurants onsite, we walked to others that were less expensive. Floating waterpark is an additional charge of $40 per person per hour. I was disappointed by that. I thought it was apart of the resort amities. The slide and zip line are included and the kids enjoyed it. Rooms are nice just wish the beds...
