“Unfortunately, a terrible experience from the beginning... Prior to even arriving to the hotel, I (nor expedia themselves) could get ahold of the hotel.... (they advertise airport shuttle can be arranged which was the reason I wanted to get ahold of them and to confirm my reservation as well) but they have no correct form of contact on their website, instagram, or expedia page. “El hotel efectivamente está a pie de playa. Tomar la clase de Yoga a las 8 am enfrente del mar, de verdad que es una delicia y vale toda la pena del mundo. El cuarto super amplio y limio, me gustó mucho, aunque ya tiene algunos temas de mantenimiento, Desafortunademente el sargazo está fuera de control, sin embargo nos dieron acceso a un parque con cenotes (casa Tortuga) y estuvo increíble. Be aware you can't swim in the ocean do to sargassum it smells and it is everywhere, Tulum and Cancun... Tulum is very expensive also..”

“Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties.……
