“Phenomenal hotel . The staff is hands down the best. I was able to check in early. The plunge pool with the room is a nice touch. The breakfast included with the stay is a must. I had eggs with ham, toast, fruit and granola with yogurt: The pool with the rainfall waterfall is sophisticated. The property and rooms were like the photos listed online. It’s jungle-ly vibe but not too secluded. ”

“Alaya Hotel was a lovely stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable. Daniel helped us check in after a long travel day, and was super informative and welcoming! He made our check in quick and easy so we could immediately relax (Thanks Daniel!) The room was lovely and tropical, room service was great, waitstaff were smiley, and the food was awesome!”

“Gorgeous property, gorgeous beach. We had such an amazing, memorable time here. We LOVED this location. So many exceptional food spots and boutiques just steps away. All the places you'll want to visit and things you'll want to do (cenotes, art museums, ruins, snorkeling, ziplining) are less than 30 minutes away. We stayed for a week in late November and saw no sargassum, had great weather, and it wasn't crazy busy anywhere. The beach was idyllic. We rented a car and were able to park for free……

“Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers 4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants Overall a really nice place stay”
