"Hola pues ya el hotel se ven las habitaciones deterioradas , la ropa de cama y toallas muy viejas , los amenities muy pobres , deberían de hacer cortesía en la noche y el hotel prender las velas , preparar la cama , cambiar toallas o poner más Además terrible que no se pueda dejar abierto un voucher y solo firmar los consumos dentro del hotel y que se tenga que firmar en cada centro de consumo , el concepto del gym ya muy deteriorado y obsoleto Los camastros y cojines en la playa viejos y sucios , arriba de la techumbre en el camastro toallas viejas , el no tener room Service o alternativas donde comer de 4 a 5 "

"They kept the beach clear of seaweed, the food was great, and everyone was genuinely happy to help the guests. The kidcare room was probably the best part. My 4 year old always wanted to go back. The only part that could use improvement are the drinks. The cocktails were all made with mixes that had some strange artificial flavorings instead of real fruit juices, etc. "

"Located in the jungle.....with zero amenities other than overpriced food and drinks.....this hotel appears to be a bank repo run by Wyndham. Much about the site is unfinished...including the road leading up to the resort. As well....many rooms have no doorknobs...beds...or tvs. None of the rooms except the kitchenettes had a refrigerator....the sewer line to the main overflowed daily onto the road .....we had a water break that lead to several of us moving from one side to the other. Then we had a power failure. For the last three days we had no internet...no wifi...no tv.....and no compensation from the staff. As well.....they also fumigated during the day driving thousands of large cockroaches out onto the walks around the pools. The icing on the cake was that every employee....regardless of whether they were working on something or just standing around......every last one were in their phones. Everywhere.....even the manager as well as the chambermaid. This was THE worst resort I've ever stayed at in over 40 years of travels. Never ever stay at a Wyndham again.........never."

"My stay at Shibari was wonderful! Staff were very professional, attentive & courteous. Check-in process was simple. They were able to check me in early. The room floor seemed like it wasn’t cleaned that well but the room and view was so beautiful it took the focus away from it. The cenote and restaurant area were amazing. Food taste amazing, a bit overpriced, but the taste, service & staff compensated for it. The fitness center can use some attention. "
