“I really loved my stay. Great location close to everything literally everything! I will be back for sure. The Ac was so effective I had good nights. The cleaning is on point as well they even clean when the suite is still clean love it. The only is they don’t have mug for hot water. But I still had it in the glass, ”

“It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the……

“Si. Todo muy limpio. El personal siempre atento y amable. El hotel muy bonito y de buen gusto. La alberca impecable. Servicio de transporte al parque del jaguar, al tren maya y a la zona fuera del hotel muy eficiente y continuo. Tiene todos los servicios para entretenimiento y descanso. Comida muy sabrosa en el restaurante y snack bar. ”
