“Terrible experience here would not recommend outdated rooms that have damage to them. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The younger gentleman who works overnights was wonderful but literally the only pleasant experience we had.”

“Room was nice, bed was comfortable. This is an older hotel that was very charming. Nice restaurants within walking distance and close to the Alpine Gardens. The staff was extra friendly and kind, and offered us an upgrade as the balcony room was available. There are nice walking and biking paths right behind the property. A parking lot is conveniently located across the street. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great location, right in Vail Village, albeit a bit noisy. Room was spacious and clean with great storage for personal items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. Guests across the hall from us had a very barky dog that we could hear at all hours. There’s no soundproofing in the windows or walls. The ‘fitness center’ was awful. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to get our exercise outside.……

“The swimming pool was so cold you couldn’t even get in it. Half the time one of the hot tubs was closed. No air conditioning. Curtains in room were falling off. I’ve been going to Vail since the 60s and this property has really deteriorated. So sorry.”

“This was our second time staying at this location. Great for being close to both of Vails Gondolas for access to the mountain, for our yearly Ski trips. We used the Hotel shuttle for the first time and it was great with quick service and saving on the cost of parking.”
