“This facility was sub-par from start to finish. My room can't been vacuumed -trash, debris everywhere. There was hair in the bathroom sink, I found hairs on the linens of the made-up bed. The sheet on one bed had a brownish-red stain. The walls were dirty. The bathtub had some sort of folded up paper and hair in the drain. The no -slip mat in the tub (fixed by adhesive to the tub) looked like black mold was growing on the underside. I took pictures of everything and tried to discuss with……

“At check in the receptionist asked me for a 60usd deposit. This seemed rather odd, however I agreed and handed her my Amex. She then said the deposit needed to be in cash. I wasn't traveling with cash, furthermore I presented some options to her as leaving some valuables instead of the cash, and that given the case some damage occurred to the room (she said the deposit was to prevent damages) I could then pay those with my credit card at check out (for payments at check out they did accept……
