"Very clean and charming hotel. Great customer service, very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and customer tokens that we used to pay for tasty breakfast pastries and wine at the bar. We would definitely stay there again."

"During my stay in NYC I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Even though guests share the bathroom, it was not a big deal and the staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. "

"It was clean and they made sure we had soaps and towels on a daily as well as houskeeping. Would have loved to have a microwave/fridge or both we had to go down a few floors to access the microwave, ice and sodas. But overall it met our needs for our first time to NYC"
"This was our second year in a row we’ve come there.and the staff was awesome as always..our guy whose been there 18 years is the reason we came back and will again "
"I love Arlo Midtown NYC
The staff @ Alex R & Ken & George
Are all Amazing !
I had a wonderful experience .
The vibes at the hotel are amazing
I can still smell the Arlo candle scent. "
"Beautiful and smells amazing by the way! Really great value (except for the drinks at the bar). The rooms are small but very cute and the rooftop bar is worth visiting whether you’re a guest or not just for the aesthetic alone! "
"I stayed at The Life Hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed every single moment of it! The location is absolutely perfect just a couple of minutes from Times Square. Our room was on a lower floor and the size was just right for us. There’s a bar and restaurant on the first floor, so you can hear a bit of sound from downstairs, but it didn’t bother us at all. I would 100% rebook here if I visit New York City again!"
"Far and few between our hotels that still make your bed and give you fresh towels and coffee supplies daily. I was pleasantly surprised to receive this service at the Hilton Garden Inn. Also, we loved the location of this hotel as it is right by a subway station and Herald Square by the giant Macy’s. It’s less than a half a mile walk from the train station as well as Times Square."
SpringHill Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Chelsea
