"Fue lo peor habíamos guiado 17 hrs y cuando llegamos hacer check in nos dicen q el sistema de llaves no estaba funcionando a las 1045pm ya estábamos cansado pedimos el baño y nos dijeron que tampoco tenían acceso que nos fuéramos y regresáramos luego la persona de front desk fue muy amable pero no tuvo support de sus gerentes ya que llamó y llamó y nadie le contestó hasta 45 minutos más tarde luego llegó al cuarto y el uso alado de la nevera estaba pegajoso por sucio por había un libro de pintar del guest anterior eso me da a decir q no ponen seriedad a la hora de limpiar, yo estaba tan cansada que me acosté a dormir ya que temprano hibamos para la calle otra vez cuando fui a dar la queja me dicen q el gerente no está hasta el martes y que no había nadie q me podía ayudar que solo me podían pedir disculpa. Yo llevo 25 años trabajando para hoteles y nunca he pasado por algo así y que no tengan una llave maestra para resolver lo de el sistema de llaves no está demás mencionar la peste a marihuana que había. Oh y como pague online por expedía ellos no podían hacer nada al menos que no hubiera un gerente."
