"Sadly some of the rooms weren’t as clean as you’d expect and because of the quarry across the street it’s super dusty outside and porches should be rinsed off as to not drag in the dust. Also we were disappointed that nothing was mentioned about the traffic/busy road that you hear all night long. Brandon’s phone number should be provided with the check in information. Yes, it’s included in house rules, but having it in an email would be more convenient. Maybe a little more transparency upfront. The toilets, the traffic, and the dog kennel. Also to say that it sleeps 14 is only accurate IF 8 of the 14 are children, due to the number of actual beds vs bunkers and pullouts. "

"I broke out in hives while sleeping, as there was to much fabric softener or something on the sheets. The micro fiber sheets need to go nobody liked them. We could not control the heat and the ladies were cold and needed a boost. First time I could not control the heat, pretty weird. The beds were as uncomfortable as it gets also, 3 of the family members compalined of sore backs, that bites. When you come to expect something from past stays and it is so inferior to what VRBO normally has or expects. Otherwise, the family visit was fine. I never complain but this was not the norm for VRBO compared to all our past stays."

"Hot tub was maintained and usable. There were towels enough for everyone to have one for showers and one for hot tub. Was grateful for extra blankets. "

"Our family had a lovely stay made so comfortable by this home. Our group of 9 including 3 small children enjoyed the bedrooms, family rooms and especially the ping pong table and backyard. I highly recommend it!"
