“離聖馬可廣場近，早餐很不錯。唯一美中不足的是，從櫃台到房間要上下樓梯走，頗費力。我們行李很重，但好險可以請飯店幫忙。但離開時，櫃台人員說要看是否有人手，好險有，可以幫我們搬行李。”

“早餐簡單，附近機能還不錯，有超市也有便利商店、洗衣店，早上接待的人員（年輕男性）非常棒，告訴了我們許多旅遊威尼斯的交通事項，附近可買一日卷，也可用一日卷在旁邊坐公車（免費）直接到威尼斯，省得停車費21歐，很不錯～”

“Front desk guy is very helpful, we checked in found out there is no cold water , the toilet is not flushing , they gave us a small plastic bucket to flush the toilet , we stayed for 1 night from our 4 nights booked, they promised that they will fix the problem but it’s Friday so it’s hard to get someone, we end up leaving the next day evening as they have not fix the problem. The guy was pleasantly said you can find another place and will sure you will get the refund, the room is awe full the……
