The restaurant across the alley was bustling busy, but the hostess at the hotel assisted in making sure there was a reservation for us as hotel guests. “Great hotel with wonderful staff. Food, drinks, roof top bar were all excellent. Especially enjoyed the transport service. Wish there were more USB charger outlets in rooms. Turn down service/room service was inconsistent. Would highly recommend for quiet, relaxing stay in Charleston. ”

“A truly superb stay, we would love to return to Charleston and stay at the Andrew Pickney again. Besides being a perfect location to walk around the city from, the staff are stellar, kudos to each of them - they are all friendly, intelligent people focused on the guest's experience from check in to check out. The person who checked us in was friendly, welcome and professional and went the distance to wish us a happy milestone anniversary. Both people at the valet parking were super helpful....
