“I did not receive any communication from host prior to arrival and had to use the ring camera to receive code to enter. host said they forgot to send email and did not receive while staying. no way to communicate with Host except thru Ring camera and they did not answer ring camera when we were leaving property so no way to let them know that we were checking out and leaving.property does NOT have Wi-Fi or was never told of password thru ring camera communication. Bad policy having to go……

“The place was exactly as pictured. The communication with the host was easy and they quickly answered any questions. The location in a beautiful country setting at the end of a county road so you do not have traffic passing by and there is even a locked gate on the driveway. We chose this location for no traffic and country setting because we entered into the Skeeter owners tournament on Lake Fork and I did not want to worry about things being messed with on the boat. “We loved our stay at the Ranch House! It was just what we needed while in the area for a wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. We very much enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the country. Our boys enjoyed taking a walk down to the water, and they especially loved the snacks left out by the host! When we are looking for a weekend getaway to East Texas, we would happily stay at the Ranch House again!”

“Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app.……
