“We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The home is absolutely lovely. You can see Lake W from the deck and it’s just a short walk down to the private community beach. The beach was not busy and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The views are amazing and all the houses in the area are gorgeous. The living room was comfy cozy and the perfect place to unwind and watch a movie at the end of the day. The house is huge so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed……

“My family enjoyed our stay. The first 2 days, the house did not have hot water. The first time we called, we were told "it's not one of the listed amenities". Neither is the roof, but we sort of expect it. We were told someone from the local team would call back. We waited at the house, in case someone would come to fix it. We called again. “Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin……

“We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful”

“Horrible infestation in the basement. A caterpillar was underneath my blanket & it’s hairs got stuck in my skin. Which caused burning, itching, hives $ prickling. My one year old also got some of the hair on him & broke out in hives. When I called customer service, the property manager never got back to me. There was no apology, no nothing.
